Bright pink, the Surenoise will delight fans of sour beers! On the nose, the aromas of raspberry and hibiscus are present. Both fruity and floral, the scent given off by this beer is a harbinger of beautiful things in the mouth! Indeed, the raspberry, although dominant, does not take up all the space. The hibiscus certainly plays a supporting role, but gives complexity to this beer. The acidity is not aggressive, which gives the Surenoise incredible drinkability!
