Is there anything more enjoyable and more comforting than a good sugar shack meal? And if we transposed this pleasure into... a beer?!! Yes, we did!
First of all, it is an English-style imperial brown ale. But, its pleasant maple scent is reminiscent of sugaring off time. On the palate, the sweet side blends wonderfully with malty notes and a slight alcoholic heat.
 
We use several types of malts to give this beer biscuity, cereal, chocolate and caramel flavors. A round and comforting beer that goes wonderfully with typical hearty meals, just to bring the sugar shack home.
